HOW THE ONLINE COURSES WORK
LEVEL 1:
FUNDAMENTALS, COACHING, NETWORKING
SECTION 1: Getting Started | SECTION 2: How to Box | SECTION 3: Mittwork
Each section is broken down into detailed video lessons with course instructors and co-creators of the curriculum Tony Jeffries & Glenn Holmes
- After each detailed video lesson, you will have a series of multiple choice questions testing you on what you learned in the video tutorials.
- At the start of your Level 1 course, you will be given access to Part A of the course; the first two sections include ‘Getting Started’ + ‘How to Box: the fundamentals’
Video submissions:
- Once you have completed all sections of Part A by correctly answering all questions, you will then submit your own demonstration videos of your hand wrapping, shadow boxing & coaching for assessment by the Academy team (Tony Jeffries, Glenn Holmes, Kerrie Christie and Josh Hackford).
- Your assessor will then give you personalized feedback on each video within 72 hours of your submission.
- Based on the performance in your videos, you will either be asked to re-submit any videos that still need correction or you will be given access to Part B of the course Coaching Fundamentals & Mittwork. If your performance is not up to the required standard or submitted correctly, then you will be asked to correct any mistakes & re-submit for further assessment and help from our team.
- Part B follows the same format as Part A ‘Getting Started’ and ‘How to Box’ and you will be required to submit your mittwork video at the end of this section also for final assessment demonstrating your mittwork and coaching skills before passing the course & earning your certification.

LEVEL 2:
ADVANCED BOXING, ADVANCED MITTWORK, DIGITAL MARKETING & BUSINESS GROWTH
SECTION A: Hand Wrapping, Shadow Boxing, Intro to Advanced Mittwork
SECTION B: Shadow Boxing, Mittwork & Combination Building
Each section of our Level 2 course is broken down into detailed video lessons with course instructors and co-creators of the curriculum Tony Jeffries & Glenn Holmes
After each detailed video lesson, you will have a series of multiple choice questions testing you on what you learned in the video tutorials.
- At the start of your Level 2 course, you will be given access to Part A of the course.
Video submissions:
